CVS Health is suing over a new Arkansas law. The lawsuit claims Act 624 will lead to the closure of more than 20 CVS pharmacy locations in the state by next year. The law bans pharmacy benefit managers from owning both a pharmacy and a pharmacy license. CVS argues the law violates the Constitution's Dormant Commerce Clause, which prevents states from discriminating against out-of-state businesses.
