A benefit is being held on Sunday to help the employees of a Fort Smith Brewery that went up in flames Wednesday morning. Firefighters battled the blaze and stayed on scene at the Bricktown Brewery until Thursday afternoon. The building suffered extensive damage, but the building is not a total loss. Local businesses are working together to hold an auction, buffet and live music at AJ's Oyster House with all proceeds benefiting Bricktown Brewery employees. Businesses providing items for the silent auction include Harvest Moon, Belle Starr Antiques, Kelsi Jo Photography and Jetty Price Artwork. The cause of fire remains under investigation.
