Florida Sees Nearly 9000 New COVID-19 Cases In Single Day Spike

According to the Florida Department of Health, the number of reported COVID-19 cases in Florida spiked on June 25th with a record 8,933 new cases in a 24 hour span. That was preceded by nearly 5,000 cases reported on Wednesday, and 5,463 reported on Tuesday as data shows a large spike in the number of coronavirus patients throughout the state.
